Large Feral Cat Trap CSD440

Our Large Feral cat trap CSD440 is the scaled up version of our CSD310. These traps are designed for larger wary cats & Bush turkeys. Our rigid trap joins are welded together unlike other traps that are held together with clips. Openings are reinforced with reinforcing rings for superior strength and extended life. We’ve been manufacturing & developing quality traps for 25 years.

The traps operate via a foot paddle trigger, at the rear end of the cage. Simply place the bait at the end of the trap, once the cat or turkey steps of the foot paddle the door shuts. After the door shuts a locking mechanism flips into place to prevent escape.

Bait is recommended for cats and mirrors for turkeys. The mirror inside the trap provokes a territorial reaction from the turkey to run at its reflection. This is a great advantage to use in order to get the turkey in the trap quick and easy. Place the mirror on the outside of the cage so once it is caught, the mirror is easily removed.
