Red Fox Glands are ground, and aged before being preserved.
Glands give the impression a fox has marked its territory, which will produce a territorial reaction from other foxes. It can also produce a territorial reaction from dogs. You can expect the glands to give a similar reaction as urine creates, except depending on the season the glands can produce sexual interest. Red Fox glands can be used as a stand alone lure, or in addition to other scents & urines.
Fox glands can also be used to spark a territorial and predative response for dogs, using a touch of Red Fox glands in a dog lure is also common for lure markers. If you would like more information on what to add to your lures, we can help!
