The Micro chip scanner is an easy and convenient way of telling if a dog is wild or escaped a yard. It can work on both cats and dogs.
The microchip is usually located in the back of the neck between the shoulders. The location is the same for both cats and dogs.
Reads all ISO Standard FDX-B and some FDX-A chips as well
